Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You can return regular orders within 30 days of receipt in their original packages. Customers are responsible for returning the items and paying for return shipping.

A refund will only be issued for the price of the items and will not include original shipping costs.

We also accept exchanges for identical products as agreed upon by the customer and E-Z Tower. However, E-Z Tower will not pay for shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

We fulfill your order as quickly as we can. Once you place your order, you can expect it to ship within 3-5 days.

Shipping Within the United States

E-Z Tower ships merchandise to the 48 states in the continental United States. Please call for a shipping quote if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories of Puerto, Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The risk of loss and title for merchandise ordered is passed to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • UPS will not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delays in shipment.
  • E-ZTower.com ships via UPS Ground within the continental U.S.

Shipping to Canada and Mexico

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the order recipient and vary from country to country.

Shipping laws vary by country. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office to verify whether the country you are shipping to permits the shipment of your products.

E-Z Tower is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
